Park Hyatt Melbourne Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The receptionist, Pia, was particularly great, providing excellent service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The large bathroom was a bonus, and the cleanliness of the room was faultless. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything we needed, including the city center and the theater. Additionally, the hotel provided us with early check-in and late check-out, and even surprised us with a bottle of bubbly and cake for our special occasion. The spa at the hotel was also exceptional, offering fantastic massages. the staff and facilities at this hotel made our stay unforgettable.

The customer service at this hotel was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The staff went above and beyond when my wife had an accident and even followed up with us to make sure she was okay. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to attractions like the MCG and Fitzroy Gardens.

There was an issue with the settling of the account. We were charged twice for our stay and did not receive the tax invoice via email.

The TV channels were limited, and movie options required an extra cost. However, this minor issue did not detract from the overall luxurious experience.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the spacious and well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds. The location of the hotel was also excellent, as it provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. we appreciated the friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

We were disappointed that access to certain amenities, such as the Health spa, seemed to be limited due to high prices. we found the placement and comfort of the furniture in our room to be less than ideal, which affected our overall experience.
