Park Hyatt Melbourne Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The receptionist, Pia, was particularly great, providing excellent service. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The large bathroom was a bonus, and the cleanliness of the room was faultless. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything we needed, including the city center and the theater. the hotel provided us with early check-in and late check-out, and even surprised us with a bottle of bubbly and cake for our special occasion. The spa at the hotel was also really good, offering fantastic massages.

The customer service at this hotel was really good. They were able to accommodate my different bookings without any issues and had the right rooms ready for our entire stay. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were great when my wife had an accident and even followed up with us to make sure she was okay. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to attractions like the MCG and Fitzroy Gardens.

There was an issue with the settling of the account. We were charged twice for our stay and did not receive the tax invoice via email.

We were kinda surprised by the spaciousness of our room at Park Hyatt. The bed was comfortable, and we loved having a TV in the bathroom. The hotel itself was beautiful, and we highly recommend dining at their restaurant. The location was fantastic, with plenty of attractions nearby. we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bar and restaurant were closed on Sunday night, limiting dining options for guests.

Room advantages include a sun terrace and heated swimming pool with sun loungers in a beautiful garden area. the location is prime, with trams nearby and great restaurants in the area.

The TV channels were limited, and movie options required an extra cost. this minor issue did not detract from the overall luxurious experience.

My only minor issue was that the TV and remote were difficult to use and for the extra cost, movies should have been included. this was a minor inconvenience compared to the amazing experience that I had.

There was nothing I didn't like.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the spacious and well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds. The location of the hotel was also excellent, as it provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Access to certain amenities, such as the Health spa, seemed to be limited due to high prices. we found the placement and comfort of the furniture in our room to be less than ideal, which affected our overall experience.
